Seabird in Southwark is home to a stunning winter pop-up: Snowbird. With snowy interiors and mesmerising views from the 14th floor, the restaurant will be serving up baked oysters, seafood platters and smoked oxtail croquettes, alongside a drinks menu in collaboration with Grey Goose.
